Resolved - The issues resulting in disruptions to some Square services have now been resolved.

We can confirm receipts and Square KDS are now functioning as normal.

The advice from engineering is to wait a few hours before running reports to allow the backlog of data to be accurately reflected in these reports.

We know how important service functionality is to your business and how detrimental disruptions can be. Thank you for your continued patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

Update - We're currently investigating an issue resulting in disruptions to some Square services:

- Transactions are not displayed in reports and transaction history
- Some receipts are not being successfully sent to customers
- Chits are not displaying on Square KDS

Rest assured that payments are still going through, even if they are not currently appearing in your transaction history. Our engineering team is actively working to resolve these issues and we'll be back with further updates as soon as they come to hand.
