Monitoring
Earlier, we applied a fix to the issue where some transactions were not appearing in transaction reporting. Since our last update, all transaction data on reports has been restored for all Square accounts.

Note that some supplemental data, such as staff and customer data tied to transactions, is still in the process of being fully restored. We anticipate this will be complete in approximately 2 hours.

We've applied a fix for the issue where transactions were not appearing in some areas of transaction reporting. Transactions are presently in the process of being added to reports, there may be a slight further delay in these appearing on your reports.

Rest assured that these transactions have gone through and we're continuing to work on restoring full reporting functionality. We'll provide a further update once transaction reports have been fully updated.
